Hatha All Levels
This classical Hatha class embodies the wisdom and ancient techniques of the traditional yoga practice. Whether you are new to yoga, or a seasoned Yogi, you will find challenge and ease in this class.
Relax your muscles, ease your joints, increase balance and strength and decrease stress. You will also enjoy a relaxing pose at the end of each class.

Gentle Hatha Yoga
This class is Gentle but suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced. Learn movements for flexibility, strength, balance and stress reduction. We will also work on breathing and relaxation. Katrina weaves ancient wisdom and techniques into her Gentle Hatha classes. If you are just starting a yoga practice this is a great place to begin!

Morning Flow
Morning Flow is designed to gently awaken your body and mind, setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
Throughout the practice we will focus on syncing our breath with each movement to enhance mindfulness and deepen the mind-body connection. This Morning Flow will enhance physical well-being and also promote mental clarity and emotional balance, preparing you to approach the day with a sense of calm and vitality.

Pilates-ish
Join us for Pilates-ish, a class where we delve into a mix of traditional and innovative core exercises paired with mindful breathing techniques. Throughout the session, we'll engage in mat-based exercises, hands-and-knees movements, and standing work to cater to various preferences.
While Pilates-ish welcomes participants of all fitness levels, if you have any doubts about intense physical activity, we recommend consulting your physician. Additionally, please communicate any injuries or specific concerns with Katrina to ensure a safe and effective workout tailored to your needs.

Katrina will guide you into a meditative yoga flow outdoors with the sounds of nature, after bringing you into Savasana, she will bathe you in the sounds of singing bowls to carry you into a dreamy, relaxed state of consciousness.
